    How does the free Partner Sign Service work?
    There is no monthly subscription for Partner Sign, you just pay for any KYC checks if you need them. To get going, book a 30 min call, send us your brand guidelines and forms you want potential partners to sign, and decide what KYC checks you need to do on potential partners. We will set up the service for you and send you an iframe link to integrate into your website within 24 hrs.
    Are there additional costs for KYC / Identity checks?
    Yes there is an additional cost per check that will be competitive to what you would pay if you were doing manual checks directly with Equifax, Creditsafe, Passport Proven or Onfido.
    Which markets does Shuttle work in?
    We work with regulated businesses on a global basis.
    What happens if we want to work with more partners?
    Our plans include a number of partners (ie brokers, introducers, affiliates) that can use the service. If you need more you pay an additional cost per partner.
    What is a web form?
    A web form is the application form that you put on your site. Most clients take an iframe link and integrate it directly into their site.
    How does Shuttle with my CRM?
    Shuttle syncs with most major CRM providers including Pipedrive, Dynamics and Salesforce. Most of our customers send a notification to their CRM when a lead comes in, manage the onboarding of the client in Shuttle and then sync again to the CRM once the client is live.
    Is there training?
    Yes, there is a full training guide within the system and our customer success team is available if you get stuck.
    How easy is it to set up?
    Shuttle is a plug & play solution but we do the initial set up for clients and make any changes for 3 months.
    Can Shuttle manage the service for me?
    Yes, we offer our Shuttle Together Service, where (after first 3 months) we can make any changes you need to your webforms or product configuration.
