    Does it work for personal customer onboarding?
    Yes, most of our clients use the Shuttle platform to onboard business clients, but it can also be used to onboard personal customers. For example if you are a law firm or mortgage broker and need to collect personal identity information, such as passports.
    Is Shuttle just for collecting identity information?
    No, many of our clients use the Shuttle platform to send a checklist of information they need from clients before they can start work on an account. For example, if you are a web design agency, you would need logos and content copy before you start the design work.
    Do I need to give a credit card for the Standard plan?
    Yes, we ask for credit card details before giving access to Shuttle. There are no charges unless you initiate 11 or more applications.
    What happens when I reach 10 applications?
    If you reach more than 10 applications in a calendar month, your account owner (whoever in your organisation originally signed up and gave credit card details) will receive a text message and email notification. If you then reach more than 10 applications in the subsequent calendar month, you will automatically be moved (prorated) onto the Professional Plan.
    What counts as an application?
    An application is a single initiation of the Shuttle platform to invite a client to submit documentation. If the invite goes out to multiple individuals (for example you are onboarding a business client where there are multiple directors), this still counts as a single application.
    How do I turn off Shuttle?
    If you no longer need Shuttle email us at support@shuttleon.com, giving at least 5 working days’ notice before the end of the calendar month.
    Is there training?
    Yes, there is a full training guide within the system.
    Do I have control within my organisation as to who sees what?
    Yes, the admin rights feature gives different access levels.
    Does it integrate with my CRM?
    There is a standard export feature to sync Shuttle manually with your CRM. For enterprise clients we have an open API for seamless syncing.
