Shuttle simplifies and accelerates business applications – direct from a website, through an account opening team or from your valued partners and introducers. Our cloud based platform speeds up KYC and AML decisions on applications ranging from sole traders to more complex multiparty onboarding cases involving additional directors, overseas shareholders or beneficial ownership.

We have built five journeys to cover the different ways a business customer might start an application:

Team Direct – Internal account teams directly issue an application from Shuttle invite after customer has made contact by email, phone or through a Relationship Manager.

Web Direct ​- Customers apply directly from your website or campaign landing page

Partner Sign – Partners (brokers, intermediaries, affiliates, introducers, accountants) self-onboard through a dedicated Partner Portal based on your eligibility and KYC criteria.

Partner Refer ​- Partners refer new applications in an affiliate model through the Shuttle Partner Portal.

Partner Manage ​- Your most trusted partners with close customer relationships initiate applications through the Partner Portal and collaborate in their completion.

We’re particularly excited about some of the 3rd Party API feeds (including Companies House) we’ve started to integrate into the application forms to verify and auto-populate the data in the forms. We call this Dynamic Forms – more on this in our next blog!
